Fundy Nationals 2013-14

We are pleased to announce that Dave Deline has accepted the position of Director of Hockey Operations for the Fundy Female Midget AAA team. Dave has years of experience as both coach and DoHO for a variety of teams.

His coaching experience spans from the Greater Toronto Hockey League’s Wexford Raiders AAA team to KV Minor Hockey and the Port City Ice Dawgs Junior team. He has held the DoHO role for both the Ice Dawgs and Vito’s Major Midget AAA teams.

Dave is a goaltender and has played at the Junior B level with the Wexford Raiders. He has also provided Atlantic Region QMJHL scouting support for the Columbus Blue Jackets. Dave has an extensive background in all forms of media, radio, television, print media, colour commentary and play by play.

We are fortunate to have Dave on board to assist us as we form and build this new team. Welcome aboard Dave!

EDZA South’s Board of Directors has appointed Jim Murray as head coach of the Fundy Midget AAA Female hockey team. Jim has 22 years’ experience coaching all levels of hockey in the Sussex Minor Hockey Association as well as Female Bantam AAA and Sussex Female High School hockey.
Jim was assistant coach with the 2012-13 Bantam AAA Fundy Hericanes who won the provincial title and finished with silver in the Atlantic championship. Jim is a certified Intermediate Level coach and looks forward to working with the midget girls on their hockey development.
